Nice workout at the gym today!

Increased weights for bis, tris, shoulders and dumbbell rows.

Arms, shoulders and back is starting to look really nice. Will post picture soon!

Started the day with CXworx and some stretching. Then off to the beach!

Today at breakdance class I realized that I’m stronger and better than I thought. Making progress and proud!
I increased the weight on my squats yesterday! So sore today but very proud! :)

How much do you guys squat?
I don’t know what goal I should set for me.. :)

I have SO MUCH ADRENALINE after all the anxiety for the exam. Gym here I come!!
GREAT WORKOUT

Today at the gym I had a stability workout (mostly with dumbbells) for arms, shoulders and chest with my boyfriend. I always push myself to the limits when I workout with him, and I really love that.

After that, four hours of dancing - technical class for jazz and ballet, dancehall, popping&locking and hiphop.

Went to the gym with my boyfriend today

had a great upper-body workout! Working out with a friend (especially guys) makes me so much more motivated, and makes me really push myself to the limits. It was exhausted, and it felt so great afterwards!

So exhausted…

After participating in a psychological experiment for two and a half hours, and then the gym for one and a half hour (20 min on treadmill, strength for back &abs, stretching) with just two hours of sleep last night, I have no energy left.

It’s raining outside but I feel lika I just have to take my bike to the store to buy peanut butter!

Finally back at the gym after christmas and had a great workout!

First spinning class one hour,
half an hour stretching,
half an hour strength for bi’s/tri’s/shoulders
one hour power yoga

It felt really great! Most of it at least.. I forgot how hard yoga is when you have a cold lol
